Shipping & Handling
Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days via UPS Ground/FedEx/USPS with 3-5 transit time.
Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost.
FedEx/UPS does NOT deliver to PO boxes.
If an order is placed on a Sunday or holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.
Orders that are placed before 11AM-EST will be shipped out on the same day. Orders placed after 11AM-EST will be shipped either on the same day or the following business day.
Shipping is available to all 50 states, with an additional shipping fee for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands.
Returns
Please inspect your order for any damages within 24 hours upon delivery. Damaged or lost claims will not be accepted after 24 hours of delivery.
If your order is lost/damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.
If your purchased item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours and provide us with photos of the damaged glass and the inner/outer packaging. Failure to do so may result in denial of claim.
