Shipping & Handling 

• Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days via UPS Ground/FedEx/USPS with 3-5 transit time.

• Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost. 

• FedEx/UPS does NOT deliver to PO boxes.

• If an order is placed on a Sunday or holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.

• Orders that are placed before 11AM-EST will be shipped out on the same day. Orders placed after 11AM-EST will be shipped either on the same day or the following business day.

• Shipping is available to all 50 states, with an additional shipping fee for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands.

Returns

• Please inspect your order for any damages within 24 hours upon delivery. Damaged or lost claims will not be accepted after 24 hours of delivery.  

• If your order is lost/damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. 

• If your purchased item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours and provide us with photos of the damaged glass and the inner/outer packaging. Failure to do so may result in denial of claim.
